Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with DocRush Pro. If you're not happy with your purchase, we're here to help.

1. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your DocRush Pro subscription at any time. Upon cancellation:

Any one-time pay-per-use credits (e.g. individual PDF downloads) are non-refundable once the feature has been used. If a credit was purchased but not used due to a technical failure on our end, a full refund will be issued.

6. Chargebacks

We ask that you contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank. Chargebacks can result in the immediate suspension of your account. We are happy to resolve payment disputes directly and quickly.

7. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Purchases made before a policy change are governed by the policy in effect at the time of purchase.
